Barfußpfad im Landschaftsgarten

At the wildlife enclosure in the landscape garden lies one of two water tread basins with a barefoot path. Walking on different surfaces, such as grass, bark mulch, pebbles, or cobblestones, allows for a new walking experience that is more often felt in everyday life than rarely.

Pay attention to walking upright on the barefoot path. Do you feel how the vertebrae play together from the lumbar to the cervical vertebrae? This gait contributes to a pain-free and mobile back. You are doing something good for your back and your body.

It is advisable to warm your feet again after wading through water. The best way to do this is to walk a few meters over the barefoot path.
