Bismarck Tower Bad Salzuflen
The Bismarck Tower was completed and inaugurated in 1900. From the observation platform, you can enjoy fascinating long-distance views of the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument at Porta Westfalica or the Hermannsdenkmal.
Thanks to the tower renovation in 2004, the Bismarck Tower can be accessed safely. Those who wish to climb the Bismarck Tower can collect the key at the Bergrestaurant Hollenstein (please check opening hours!). The Bismarck Tower is open year-round.
Important note: To access the observation platform, a metal hatch must be opened.
Hiking Tips
The Karl-Bachler Trail, the second stage of the Hansa Trail, and the Bad Salzuflen Hiking Trail No. 1 lead past the Bismarck Tower. You can discover and follow all Bad Salzuflen hiking tours on our website.
