From the parking lot, you first walk around to the left and soon come to a small, narrow avenue of beech trees, through which a beautiful path winds its way up to the Kahlenberg tower. Once you reach the top, you need to take a short breather before you dare to climb the tower. However, you will be rewarded for your efforts with one of the most beautiful views in the Lipper Land region. In good weather, you can see far beyond Blomberg.
From the Kahlenberg tower, you walk, now more leisurely, through the dense mixed forest down to the small dam wall of Lake SchiederSee.The path continues along the southern shore of Lake Schieder, past a viewing platform, the Breitengrad restaurant, the FUNTASTICO children's adventure park and the Schieder outdoor pool.
A short detour through the castle park and past Schieder Castle brings you back to the starting point after a great tour.
