Both the Hermann monument and the Teuto climbing park at the foot of the monument as well as the bird park in Heiligenkirchen are 3 of a total of 8 adventure stations of the KinderErlebniswelt Natur, a project of the Teutoburg Forest/Eggegebirge Nature Park.
