Feel the beneficial effects of a Kneipp foot and arm bath!

Cold arm baths and treading water in the Kneipp foot basin can promote blood circulation and blood flow. At the same time, Kneipp treatments strengthen the immune system.

How does an arm bath work?
For an arm bath, first dip your right arm and then your left arm into the pool. Stay in the water until you feel a cold sensation in your hands and arms, max. 30 - 40 seconds.

What to look out for when treading water?
When treading water, place your toes in the water, stretched vertically downwards. Now walk through the Kneipp treading pool in a stork walk.
As soon as you feel a distinct cold sensation in your arms and legs, you should leave the water. Then wipe the water off your skin and move your arms and legs to warm them up.

To warm up your feet, the adjacent experience barefoot path at the small spa park lake in Bad Salzuflen is ideal.
