Aktiv-Programm
Want to move in the fresh air? Join our activating and relaxing movement and breathing programs as part of the "Active in the Park" program. This takes place from April to October from Monday to Saturday - excluding public holidays - in the Kurpark Bad Salzuflen. From November to March, some courses take place in the Gesundwerk. For more information, please check our event calendar.
Participation is free of charge for:
- Holiday guests with a SalzuflenCARD
- Day guests with a valid entrance ticket to the Kurpark
- Holders of the SalzuflenCARD for day guests
- Residents with a SalzuflenCARD including the Plus package
- Holders of the SalzuflenCARD for companies
The Active in the Park program includes, among other things:
- Breath gymnastics
- Experience Kneipp
- Breath & movement
- Gentle and activating gymnastics
- Yoga
