Kneipp foot bath and arm bath
Experience the soothing effects of a Kneipp foot and arm bath!
Cold arm baths and water treading in the Kneipp foot basin can promote blood circulation and improve circulation. At the same time, Kneipp treatments strengthen the body's defenses.
How does an arm bath work?
For an arm bath, first immerse the right arm and then the left arm in the basin. Stay in the water until you feel a cold sensation in your hands and arms, up to a maximum of 30 - 40 seconds.
What should be considered when water treading?
When water treading, stretch your toes straight down into the water. Now, walk in a stork-like manner through the Kneipp treading basin.
As soon as you feel a distinct cold sensation in your arms and legs, you should leave the water. Afterward, wipe the water off your skin and move your arms and legs to warm up.
To warm your feet, the adjacent Experience Barefoot Path at the small Kurpark lake in Bad Salzuflen is recommended.
