Projects in and with the Land of Hermann

Every region in Europe has its own special characteristics and faces individual challenges for the future. Strengthen strengths, mitigate weaknesses – and thus compensate for imbalances between the regions in the long term: This is the aim of European cohesion policy. Part of this is the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). In North Rhine-Westphalia, it finances in particular measures that contribute to making companies competitive and creating jobs in small and medium-sized enterprises. The fund also supports measures that help to make cities and neighbourhoods more liveable. The Regional Economic Development Programme (RWP) of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia comprises promotional offers both for trade and industry and for projects in the field of business-related infrastructure. It is financed by funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the joint Federal/State task “Improvement of Regional Economic Structure” (GRW) and the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
